Anxiety Management Skill: Journaling

We've all been there: your mind is racing, you're worried, you are thinking so many things at once it's hard to follow any one of those thoughts to a conclusion. Maybe your mind is jumping so quickly from one thing to another that you can't focus on anything. Or maybe you're so focused on one thing you can't seem to think about much of anything else. That's anxiety. And we have some things to help!

What are we doing with all the thoughts, all the worries, all the possibilities we think about and don’t want to think about? Have you tried journaling?
