Anxiety Management Skill: Mindfulness Coloring

Worried? Can't get coronavirus off your mind? Not sure what to do while you're sheltering in place, stuck at home, quarantined, or whatever else you want to call it? Get out your pencils and gel pens, we're coloring!

Marriage and Family Therapists Rebecca Williams and Aliah Hasan of Inland Empire Couples Counseling will teach you a little about mindfulness and how coloring can be used as a tool to help you manage your anxiety.

Will coloring make your worry go away? Probably not, but that's not the point. Coping skills are healthy ways for you to manage your worry or respond to events in your life. Sometimes we need little tools to help us get enough distance from our thoughts that we can observe them, allow them to exist, learn from them, and choose how we want to respond.

We are open and have availabilities for new clients. We provide individual counseling and couples counseling to people in Riverside, CA and are available for online therapy to individuals and couples throughout California.
